Comprehensive Energy & Water Retrofit Services
One-stop retrofit services (as package or a la carte) including energy and water assessments, benchmarking, construction owner’s representative services (e.g., contractor bidding, selection, oversight, QA/QC), utility rebate submission. Monitoring and Optimization (M&O)
Remotely monitor building systems (e.g. heating and ventilation equipment) through internet-enabled data loggers which upload real-time performance data to an online data platform to enable energy use trend visualization and identification of equipment failures, system inconsistencies, and other efficiency opportunities.
