Join innovative leaders from the health, energy, and environmental sectors to explore these impacts at ACEEE’s popular Conference on Health, Environment, and Energy (CHEE), which returns to New Orleans on January 21-23, 2020. Health policy leader, practitioner, and administrator Georges C. Benjamin, MD will deliver a don’t-miss keynote address: “Climate Change: A Public Health Approach.” Dr. Benjamin, a former secretary of health for the state of Maryland, is executive director of the American Public Health Association, the nation’s oldest and largest organization of public health professionals. Come for a pre-conference training and earn the new Building Performance Institute’s Healthy Housing Principles (HHP) professional certificate! The HHP provides an overview of the factors in a home that can negatively affect health and the fundamentals that make for a healthier environment.
