In 2018 Minnesota Energy Resources, Minnesota’s third largest gas utility, developed partnerships with 4 electric utilities to deliver a joint gas and electric energy savings program in select cities. This partnership has led to higher savings for multifamily property owners and tenants. In this presentation we will talk about the logistics of delivering a joint electric and gas energy savings program, benefits to multifamily properties, and benefits to the utilities.
