Blower door tests are a useful tool for determining the leakiness of a building and identifying air sealing opportunities, but are often difficult to do multifamily buildings. Multifamily blower door tests require multiple fans, wifi enabled pressure, and open doors between units and common areas. In this presentation CEE will present tips, tricks, and limitations of conducting blower door tests in multifamily buildings.
